  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within 2 to 5 business days of your order. It may then take around 5 to 15 business days to reach your doorstep (depending on your location and other factors outside of our control).

  1. What's your return policy?

Refer to our Refund Policy which explains all things related to refunds and returns of products purchased on Baker Soul Gear.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product (products can be tracked on their journey). Cancellations are not possible once your order has shipped, so please decide carefully before purchasing our products. 

All sales are final except for when the product is sent wrong or damaged.

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
