Before you stack, understand your hands. Some people have long fingers that carry multiple rings naturally. Others have shorter fingers where one statement piece does more work than three thin bands. Neither is better — they just call for different approaches.

The Rule of Odd Numbers

Three rings reads better than two. Five reads better than four. Odd numbers create visual rhythm — they feel considered rather than matched. Two rings on one hand can look like you started and stopped. Three feels complete.

Mix Metals, Mix Textures

Dark jewellery doesn't mean everything has to be identical. A matte black band next to a brushed oxidised silver next to something with texture — that contrast is what makes a stack interesting.
